AHRQ’s new website: Questions Are the Answers features information about how to reduce medical mistakes, tips for talking with your physician, questions to ask before getting medical tests and undergoing surgery, information about how to safely take prescriptions, a guide of how to build a question list before meeting with your physician, as well as offering additional resources relating to patient safety.
